- Artificial Intelligence or Cloud Computing
Activities Include
Certification classes (+ FREE exam voucher), internships, apprenticeship, and professional development (i.e. interview prep, resume assistance, college & career advising, job shadows, etc.)
Certification Courses Offered
For high school students and 1st-2nd year college students, the following training courses are launching in Spring 2022 at NO COST.
CompTIA A+ (Core 1 & 2)
Students will acquire a solid understanding of the basic networking and current security requirements such as diagnosis, resolution and documentation of common hardware issues, troubleshooting and customer support. Students will also explore virtualization concepts, hardware and network troubleshooting, understand desktop imagining procedures and software deployment.
Course(s) will be taught for 10 week periods, twice a week.
CompTIA IT Fundamentals
Students will identify PC components, work with files and folders, and conduct basic software installations. Students will gain the fundamental skills and concepts required to maintain, support, and work efficiently with personal computers.
Course(s) will be taught for 10 week periods, twice a week.
Students will receive a FREE voucher after completion of each course to take the certification exam at NO COST.
