Our mission is to support a cradle-to-career pipeline for underrepresented youth, helping to diversify STEM and healthcare professions while developing the workforce of the future.

Volunteers have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in sparking interest, raising awareness, and expanding possibilities for student growth. Volunteers must be 18 years or older and currently working in or studying a STEM or healthcare field.

As a panelist, you’ll share insights about your career journey, discuss what your job entails, explain why you chose your specific career path, offer advice to students and fellow professionals, and participate in an engaging Q&A session.
